LL 100 Year Warranty
At Lakuna Links, we are proud to be the ONLY permanent jewelry brand that offers a unique 100 year warranty on all of our custom fit chains. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during the lifetime of the product. It also covers repairs or tightening on an as needed basis. If you experience any issues with your custom fit chain, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Note, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidental or intentional abuse. It also does not cover any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties. The LL Exclusive Warranty is VOID if the chain is discarded or lost. Warranty DOES NOT apply if chain is not present.

Heather is originally from Michigan and a proud Michigan State University graduate (Go Green!). After college, she made North Carolina her home and loves the life she has built there. She is a busy mom of two and is also a 5th grade teacher. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, golfing, and spending time with friends.
